(Leaving this here as a draft for now.)

As per #88, the page https://wiki.freifunk.net/Berlin:FAQ should be transferred onto the new docs page. This pull request is specifically about getting that page done, though it's still a WIP.

so, question for everyone reading this, which topics from the wiki do we even want to keep? are there new topics to add? i think it's best to agree on bullet points if we want to properly rewrite the page :3

So... just by skimming over the wiki, I can see that there's waaay too many FAQ sites.

I think that we should try and structure the new FAQ a lot more like the one on the official website -- without too many technical explanations. Not to say that those aren't important, but I think FAQs become confusing if they have more than 10-15 questions.

Also, it should probably be made very apparent that the wiki version is archived. Don't wanna end up like XKCD 927...

Thank you for creating a first draft 🥳. I fixed the github workflows. I think if you rebase the PR they should run correctly and deploy the dev page.

I added an faq that is embeded in the landingpage in #231. We can still use this PR to collect the content. But I would recommend that we add the faq content in landingpage version.
