We're currently seeing some exception while running the old plugin. Based on research, this newer version should simplify things a bit and thus make it easier to run for us.

What does this PR do?
Upgrade cyclonedx-maven-plugin and update name of parameter for cyclonedx-node-yarn module for lock-file only generation.
Why is this needed?
Currently the SBOM generation fails for Maven and Yarn.
