• add the full 84-fixture DeepSeek V4 Flash eval report
• add the three-draw confirmation report for six divergent fixtures
• summarize the guarded result against the current Terra baseline

Why

Record the new opencode/deepseek-v4-flash-free runner evaluation without treating the single full-set draw as a promotion result.
