Site Launch Readiness Command Center

An interactive, fictionalized technical-delivery demonstration showing how a site technology launch can be governed through evidence, ownership, recovery planning, and post-opening stabilization.

Experience foundation

The delivery model is grounded in Robert Franc-Klein's office-technology responsibilities at the University of Maryland, Colorado HCPF, MSU Denver, and RFTA. At the State of Colorado, the supported environment included 22 office locations; he directly supported 12 office openings and technology delivery involving approximately 150 medical offices across Park, Teller, and El Paso counties. At Maryland and MSU Denver, he established office technology for educational and administrative staff. Recurring responsibilities included MDM, endpoint provisioning, equipment inventory and lifecycle control, staff coordination, cabling, continuity and disaster-recovery requirements, installation dependencies, and operational support. Vendor and asset management included requirements and specifications, quotes and purchasing coordination, lead times, shipping and receiving, inventory reconciliation, staging and deployment, installation acceptance, warranty or replacement issues, lifecycle planning, and secure retirement.

The interactive launch scenario remains fictionalized so the repository demonstrates the method without disclosing organizational or vendor details.
