Ports the unmerged SkillOpt consolidation work onto today's skills. PR #8 was merged into the
skilloptbranch, nevermaster, and a second pass (e988e11) was pushed after that. Rule used by both: when a constraint has its own section (rationale + procedure) and is restated in "Don't do this", the section wins and the restatement goes. The old SkillOpt harness is not ported;evals/supersedes it.Every removed line was checked against the current text for its surviving statement:
writing-plansDENY item; "if you skip the precondition check"brainstormingDENY itemexecuting-plansDENY item; "don't downgrade to red-green"; test-freeze item; coverage item; flaky-rerun itemrequesting-code-reviewDENY item; test-file item; green-suite item; fix-author item; critic "looks good" lines; cap formula repeated in Convergence; Composition handoff lineTemper's and hone's "Convergence Rule" and "Iteration Cap" sections are merged into "Convergence Rule and Cap". Smithy keeps its
executing-plansline: it is the only place smithy states it.Result: 32 lines fewer. Hone goes from 277 to 260 lines (its budget), and
./install.sh evalgoes from 97.45 to 100.00. Local: lint, sphinx zero warnings, smoke, dogfood 18/18, eval, corpus check all pass. After merge, the
skilloptandclaude/skillopt-skills-application-pd40pqbranches can be deleted.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
