Fix four code/doc mismatches: upgrade-consumers installer, 25 % cap, Ollama default, test-lock docstring - #29

upgrade-consumers now runs each consumer's own vendor/damascus installer; the eval adjudicator caps at 25 % like the skills; agent-run no longer hardcodes an Ollama model; test-lock's docstring names the real manifest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes the four code problems found while writing
docs/reference.md(#28).upgrade-consumerslinked consumers to the wrong checkout. It ran theinstall.shof whichever damascus checkout invoked it, so--scan-dirfrom a central checkout pointed every consumer's links outside the repo, at that checkout. It now runs each repo's ownvendor/damascus/install.sh(and its--verify). A repo without one isSKIPPED_NO_VENDORunless--link-to-this-checkoutis given. It also exits 1 when an install or verify fails; it used to exit 0 regardless.m_B/D_B < 0.20; the temper/hone skills, README and architecture page say 25 %. Now 0.25. The corpus check it feeds still passes (clean control A+, flawed case B+); J_damascus unchanged at 97.45.damascus agent-runfell back to a hardcoded Ollama model name (CLAUDE.md: no single-vendor model names). With no model pulled, configured or inOLLAMA_MODEL, it now says what to set and exits 1.autoonly picks Ollama when a model is pulled, so routing is unaffected.test-lock's docstring namedamber-tests.sha256; the code writesamber-tests.sha256.json.Tests:
tests/dogfood_e2e.shnow checks that a consumer withvendor/damascusis re-linked by its own installer (statusUPGRADED,installer= itsvendor/damascus/install.sh) and that a repo without one is skipped; the old code fails the skip check. Local: dogfood 18/18, smoke, eval 97.45, corpus check, lint, sphinx zero warnings.docs/reference.mdupdated to match.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
