Add 137 source-owned labels for the private Adoption research workspace across all 16 Code locales. English and both Chinese catalogs distinguish static observations, advisory candidates, AI hypotheses and evidence assertions; the remaining locales use the established English fallback.
Generated Code and aggregate bundles retain the latest main copy. This publishes translations only; it does not claim runtime vulnerability reproduction or deploy the research feature.
Validation: full
npm run verify(105 tests, 2,702 subtests; 4,800 valid catalogs), indexer strict verification (19 checks), andtask validate(ruff and pytest). Consumer deployment must pin the merged locale revision.
