i18n(ru): improve street-1 and street-2 translations to align with customer-portal

What change does this PR introduce?

Updates Russian translations for Place address fields in translations/ru-ru.yaml:

• street-1: "Улица, дом (строка 1)" (was "Улица 1")
• street-2: "Квартира/офис (строка 2)" (was "Улица 2")

Why was this change needed?

The literal translation "Улица 1" / "Улица 2" was confusing for Russian-speaking users, suggesting two different streets rather than address lines. In reality, street2 stores apartment/suite/unit details.

This change brings the translations in Fleetops into alignment with the existing translations in the Customer Portal module (packages/customer-portal/translations/ru-ru.yaml).
