@codex Continue the remaining SI runtime-adoption task from this already-merged PR, not the documentation repair or monthly audit. Thomas has explicitly directed continued recovery. Dispatch identity: si-runtime-adoption-recovery-20261014-1845; check for an existing same-identity task before duplicating it. First reconcile actual current main/PR metadata. Last observed main is 09aba8a. The unresolved outcome is normal task execution and resumption through the actual SI entrypoint, not another claim that reading SKILL.md installs or enforces a controller. Trace the actual entrypoint available in your execution environment: canonical loaded revision, owning adapter/client, session storage location, task identity, capability dispatch, and completion owner. The previously recorded installed rollout 6b0f54cf2dd350cdabb8f3bed3af2fb543ce7bd3 could not be resolved from GitHub. Check a known local installation/checkout only if it is genuinely accessible; do not invent it, search unrelated customer directories, or claim access to the owner's Windows computer from a cloud checkout. Source already inspected: build_engine.apply_text_gate routes APPROVE versus explicit CORRECT into approve_project/interrupt_project; correct_project and lane_session.add_correction invoke the interrupt owner. checkpoint.interrupt cancels/taints bound work and requires a fresh proposal approval. This is explicit rejection handling, NOT proof that ordinary 'keep going' messages reach that path. CLI optional-override validation already falls back to the raw correction. Preserve these safeguards; do not grant authority from a vague continuation, disable rejection handling, or call the deliberate interrupt semantics a reproduced chat-ingress bug. Use the existing canonical implementation and source-owned tests to verify the actual continuation/ingress boundary. Reproduce an observed fault before changing code. If a source/adapter defect is reproduced, repair that existing owner in an isolated branch from current main, with identical before/after regression tests and the applicable existing package/index checks. Preserve separately unmerged PR60/61 work, free/no-key behavior, rejection/cancellation, exact task and authority binding, and genuine source/restart evidence. Do not create another orchestrator, provider integration, cloud service, paid session, model-specific doctrine, or replacement installation. The acceptance target is a real bounded task resumed after a fresh process/context without rebuilding its plan, losing existing authority, replaying an uncertain action, or confusing source proof with installed/live acceptance. Explicitly distinguish what your actual environment proves from the missing Windows/client rollout. If no executing adapter is available, return the exact missing integration edge and actual probe result rather than fabricate a cold-start pass. Return the executed commands, exact source/installed identities, failure reproduction and retained tests, any bounded repair branch/PR, and the next unfinished transition here. Do not merge, deploy, alter customer systems, fetch credentials, or reinstall the public plugin as part of this diagnostic/repair task. No repeat of the completed MAIN_SYSTEMS.md change. |

Defect
The current cross-project entrypoint MAIN_SYSTEMS.md still labels its September 13 snapshot as current and tells new sessions to inspect open PRs and use PR bodies as the breakpoint. The October 14 owner-requested forensic audit found merged PRs whose bodies still say unmerged. Starting from this entrypoint can therefore direct a new session back to already-integrated or superseded work.
Bounded correction
Only MAIN_SYSTEMS.md changes. Current repository pointers use flavorgood. Resume begins with the existing named task/PR across open, closed and merged states, compares repository metadata with narrative and checks named superseding/integration work. Merge, deployment and real user-path acceptance remain distinct. The complete old project snapshot and parallel policy are preserved byte-for-byte below an explicitly historical heading. Missing current evidence stays unknown; approvals, uncertain-write protections, independent lanes and historical failures remain intact.
Exact source and checks
Base f6396b9; candidate fe0744d. Original blob a4ded51b88feeb21f2f8f713ed23d83ec34724d0; corrected blob 5634664512a866a3a4ca1324ae2f86f49e060764. Local original was independently checked against its Git blob. Ten documentation-content checks passed, including exact preservation of the historical project sections and parallel policy. GitHub write receipt and independent commit readback match the corrected blob and one-file diff. These are content checks, not engine, model, application, or installed-client tests.
Remaining work, not claimed complete
This repairs the existing entrypoint, not universal SI enforcement. The separately reported installed task-entry rollout at 6b0f54cf2dd350cdabb8f3bed3af2fb543ce7bd3 is not resolvable in GitHub, and the available TSCommandCenter Desktop Commander connection returned offline and failed its ping on October 14. That does not prove the computer is physically off or every client is unavailable. Recover and inspect the existing installed rollout rather than rebuilding it from this PR. Prove a fresh-context task uses current state and the appropriate tools, resumes the first unfinished transition, and verifies the actual requested result. No installed client, plugin distribution, product source, customer record, pricing, credentials, provider setting or production deployment is changed here.
Do not use this body as future PR status; read repository metadata. Do not repeat the month-long audit or the completed one-file checks unless the relevant source changes.
