Remove Orphan CoreData files preventing use of Tuist

This PR remove several files not used in the SDK.
These files was introduced by f754cbd dubbed "add sqlite3"

I think they was leftovers of trying to use CoreData, but in fine, SQLite3 was preferred.

The issue it brings:
When we use Tuist dependency integration, the following error is thrown:

Workaround: Removing the files make the error go away

Hello @pakko972 thx for cleaning the unused files. I created a ticket, and we will release new patch version 5.0.1.
An update to the latest version would be great.

There is break change from version 3 to version 5
