Matches the update_changelog.py rewrite in dbt_package_automations: schema_data_changes.entries is now a structured object (model, change_type, old, new, notes, breaking) to populate the Schema/Data Change table, and the contributor handle is a real GitHub username. The second model entry (test_model) was placed after the entry's other mapping keys instead of inside the models list, which isn't valid YAML block structure - it broke update_changelog.py's parser with a ParserError. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…angelog.yml caller The changelog update is now folded into generate-docs.yml itself in dbt_package_automations, still only on the changelog-poc/initial-test branch pending merge to main. Repointing this ref temporarily so docs:ready exercises both docs generation and the changelog update together in one job/commit/push, and removing the now-redundant separate update-changelog.yml caller.
