Summary

  • prepare the repository to enter frozen-candidate qualification for public v0.1.0
  • define Codex and Claude Code as the supported hosts and document an honest install, repeat-install, update, rollback, uninstall, reinstall, and fresh-session lifecycle
  • attest the local ticket contract to mattpocock/skills v1.2.2 at commit 8b36d4fb2635b3c21998dcd8144439c9e5ba7302, with hashed representative fixtures exercised through the real builder and validator
  • add the minimum English-canonical public trust surface, linked Chinese translations, contribution and development guides, GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting instructions, issue/PR templates, CODEOWNERS, changelog, and release policy
  • pin release evidence to skills@1.5.22 while keeping a separate skills@latest forward-compatibility smoke

Support and release boundaries

  • v0.1.0 is planned to support both Codex and Claude Code
  • Python 3.10+, Node.js 22.20+, skills@1.5.22, First Tree CLI 0.5.18+, and authenticated gh for GitHub ticket sources are documented as the support baseline
  • the security policy states that no supported release line has been announced and makes no future security-fix commitment
  • Wayfinder maps, native GitLab/custom tracker APIs, background monitoring, automatic source-ticket writeback, and a general model-evaluation platform remain out of scope
  • published tag immutability is a release policy, not a current repository claim; publication fails closed unless tag/Release enforcement is enabled and verified
  • the product Skill instructions and runtime scripts are unchanged; this PR updates compatibility provenance, deterministic coverage, distribution checks, and release documentation

Intentionally deferred

This Draft does not change repository visibility, enable GitHub settings, create a tag or Release, publish an artifact, run a Codex or Claude model-backed Gate, or claim anonymous-install/public-release qualification. It remains Draft until independent QA passes this exact head. Release actions still require a frozen candidate and separate human authorization.
