- Removed lots of unused variables and unnecessary calculations.
- Optimized order of checks, don't iterate over every wire in project for every pin on a subchip, regardless of indicator mode anymore, just as needed.
- Move overlapping pin highlighting to customization scene drawer.

Don't check it anymore for every pin drawn in Scene.
Reduced some unnecessary calculations.
remove some more duplication, optimize multiplication order, reduce indirection
