Records PR #97 (issue #78, pending-vs-lost /logs) merge SHA 13042f7 in the roadmap Shipped section with the standard live-verify caveat, removes it from In-flight. Issue #78 correctly left open by the PR itself (no auto-close), no reopen needed.
