cargo-c is a build dependency of librsvg2 and rust-gst-plugin-gtk4, and is not designed for vendoring. Closes: fedora-eln/eln#603
protobuf-c (built with the new protobuf) conflicts with the protobuf3-c compat package (built with protobuf3). At this point, everything has been rebuilt with the new protobuf, but protobuf3-c is still taking priority. fedora-eln/eln#535
