This is currently uninstallable because it depends on NetworkManager-l2tp, which requires either golang-github-katalix-l2tp, which is currently unbuildable and needs to be migrated to go-vendor-tools, or xl2tpd which was retired.
This is replacing anaconda initial-setup-gui: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/1206
