.github/workflows/ci.yml: a GitHub Actions smoke-test job that installs dependencies, runs a Python syntax check (compileall), and runsotree checkon every push/PR.SECRET_KEY/ADMIN_PASSWORDfrom env vars with a clearly-labeled dev placeholder,.gitignorealready covers__pycache__,*.pyc,db.sqlite3,.DS_Store, etc., and no junk files are tracked.
