Technological Aspects

The final deliverable will be in the form of a mobile application for both Android and iOS. The app is built on React Native to facilitate the multi-platform aspect. A database and server will be required at the backend for data storage and processing. We have chosen Node.js, Express and MongoDB for maximum compatibility with our frontend. A QR code scanner may or may not be required in order to scan the guest QR code, depending on the client's budget and other factors. As an alternative, the in-built mobile phone camera can also be used to scan the image for verification.
