Fix wording in d-variate, d-QTL scan vignette

1. In the vignette, I talk about n_cores, the old name for what is now cores.
2. I say that I use n_cores = 1 to satisfy CRAN when, in fact, I buildignore the vignette, so that CRAN never sees it.
