FGSS is a digital operating system for designing, delivering and governing connected client systems. The private Portfolio contains implementation detail; this case deliberately exposes only the architecture, control model and evidence that can be reviewed publicly.
Client-facing websites, automations and media workflows often evolve as disconnected projects. That makes ownership, approvals, failure handling, privacy and delivery status difficult to inspect.

The system separates execution from observation:
- Architecture and risk routing define scope, authority, data boundaries and acceptance criteria.
- Execution systems include governed automations, client delivery surfaces and media-production workflows.
- Validation and acceptance use deterministic checks, retries, idempotency and explicit failure states.
- Human approval remains required before consequential external publication or paid generation.
- Authorised telemetry records operational evidence without placing prompts, personal data or secrets in analytics.
| Surface | What it demonstrates | Status |

Felipe owns the system architecture, product and experience direction, workflow governance, implementation coordination, quality gates and delivery acceptance. This case is not presented as a claim of solo hands-on software development.
- Secrets belong in environment or provider configuration, never in README examples or telemetry.
- Personal and sensitive data are minimised and excluded from diagnostic events where possible.
- Evidence is labelled as observed, inferred or unknown.
- Automation can stop, retry or escalate; it does not silently convert uncertainty into a success claim.
- Client names, private repositories and raw workflow exports are not published here without authorisation.
This is not a claim that FGSS is a regulated-enterprise platform, a fully autonomous business, or a guaranteed conversion/revenue engine. The public evidence shows an architecture and operating practice with selected live surfaces, prototypes and pre-launch systems at different maturity levels.
