A short PR to handle an option to provide details on the waypoints of a journey.

This PR is motivated by two objectives :

while searching for a driver (GET /driver_journey), the waypoints can provide secondary data on the different key steps of the driver journey
backward compatibility with RDEX requires to cover this need of "waypoints route"
