The markdown in 02_spin_models linked 'in our recent paper' to the literal href 'denoising.paper', which 404s on the live docs. It now links the DTM paper (arXiv:2510.23972). Markdown-only, no outputs touched.

On the live docs, the spin-models page links "in our recent paper" to the literal href
denoising.paper, which 404s: https://docs.thrml.ai/en/latest/02_spin_models.htmlNow points at the DTM paper, arXiv:2510.23972. One markdown cell, no outputs touched; nbformat validates. Scanned all example notebooks for other non-http hrefs: this was the only one.
