isAvailable(), with diagnostic reasons and a warning for missing native support.Documents Expo runtime compatibility and bumps the package to 0.4.3.
Validation: 76 Jest tests, TypeScript, package build and Expo plugin resolution tests passed. Native behavior is unchanged when the module is available.
Release: after merge, push the matching version tag to publish to npm.
Native release dependencies: merge and publish Swift exostack/carillon-swift#4 and Kotlin exostack/carillon-kotlin#4 as 0.4.1 before publishing this package. The bridge now requires these minimum versions.
