Adds the hosted OAuth pairing node used by console clients. It resolves handles through Slingshot, performs AT Protocol OAuth/PKCE/PAR/DPoP, presents a browser pairing page that hands the user to the PDS's own sign-in UI, verifies the resulting OAuth subject against the Slingshot-resolved DID, and proxies authenticated XRPC with Wolfram's DPoP client. Also adds an externally managed bearer session API for clients that delegate OAuth to the node.
