The shared flow passes macos9_c89: false. The job compiles Wolfram's Classic Mac OS 9 transport, which a Wii U app does not use. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What this changes
The shared
flowworkflow getsmacos9_c89: false, so Cobalt no longer runs the Classic Mac OS 9 C90 job. That job compiles Wolfram's Mac OS 9 transport sources, which Cobalt doesn't use. Cobalt's other flow checks are unchanged. This depends on Wolfram #210, which added the input and is merged.
