• Change the homepage tertiary CTA from Products to Projects.
• Document the long-term community-first identity of eunomia.dev in CLAUDE.md.
• Keep About and the footer community-first while explaining Eunomia Labs stewardship and support.
• Remove internal strategy wording (moat, bridge-style) from the Products page.
