This PR adds a community-contributed introductory notebook for MVTracker.

What it does:

provides an hands on introduction to MVTracker
runs the end-to-end inference flow
includes visualization/output export

Notes:

the notebook top summary explicitly marks this as a community contribution
validated locally with clean top-to-bottom execution
