Add counterarguments to arguments-against.yaml

Summary

Adds additional counterarguments across several entries in content/issuance/arguments-against.yaml to strengthen the debate on issuance reduction, covering topics such as:

• Ethereum's history of issuance adjustments and MVI research
• Solo staker economics and the ideal deposit size target
• LST dominance dynamics under different issuance regimes
• Idle ETH and store-of-value considerations
• Lean Ethereum roadmap progress and Faster Finality
• Staking equilibrium impossibility under the current curve
• Decentralization risks of high staking ratio
• Long-running research on security failures of the current curve
• Macro modeling on value accrual (referencing Jermann 2025)
• DeFi's pre-Merge existence and consensus-level risk from LSTs/restaking

Test plan

• YAML still parses correctly
• Site renders the new counterarguments under the expected arguments
