Improve countdown experience and styling

Summary

• start countdowns at zero by default and highlight the final seconds with flashing red digits
• refresh countdown visuals with the new green background, contrasted preset buttons, and retitled orange reset control
• give the stopwatch a static wavy water gauge while keeping the hint above the presets for clarity
