Hi @vivekpatani, thanks for the pull request. Aside from the CI failure (needs to run ./scripts/genproto.sh on commit 79e0df6). I have a couple of questions/comments.

We have the following dependabot PR's listed below, that are not bumped in this pull request, is there any particular reason?
