Eclipse Project generation add unnecessary libs for lib project type

[enderk]

Calling eclipse plugin add unnecessary libraries, (jettty mostly)
Also GWT-SDK library not assigned regarding prvided version

[esocode]

Yes, the plugin adds a Jetty dependency for the it's Jetty-based tasks like gwtRun etc. But these shouldn't be included into a generated WAR.

If with GWT SDK library you refer to the classpath variable of the GWT Eclipse plugin, there's a conflict with Eclipse's Buildship Gradle support, see

https://github.com/esoco/gwt-gradle-plugin#eclipse-buildship-plugin

But I only mentioned lib type which should not have gwtRun task

This is caused by the internal structure of the plugin code and would need refactoring. I'll try to change that when I find the time. As the original code is not from me (I'm only maintaining this fork of the project), refactoring always requires some analyzing effort. Pull requests are always welcome ;-)

BTW, I noticed that someone has forked the even longer unmaintained gwt plugin from Steffen Schaefer and seems to work on it. I have not looked into it further but maybe it suits your needs better:
