Clarify mobile tools and occasion reminders

Summary

• remove the duplicate Quick Access added status and explain that it is mobile-only
• explain that Qibla bearing works everywhere while live compass needs Telegram mobile and a compatible sensor
• group Islamic-date reminders, add category descriptions, and add an expandable explanation for special fasting days

Validation

• Go package tests could not run locally: the installed Go standard library was built with 1.26.3 while the active compiler is 1.26.5; CI uses its pinned toolchain.
