Add a one-click browser demo via Moodle Playground: - blueprint.json provisions Moodle with qtype_gapfill and a ready-to-play quiz showcasing drag/drop, dropdown and text-entry modes. - README.md documents the demo with a badge pointing at the upstream path so it works as soon as this is merged. Intentionally no GitHub Action / PR preview workflow, to keep the contribution small and non-invasive for maintainers.

Simplified to blueprint + README only (no GitHub Action), following the same approach as other plugin demos.
