Previously the tabhunter repo had three files that had changelog-type info written into them, namely HISTORY.md (2.2.2 - 3.1.2) / HISTORY.txt (2.1.6 - 3.5.0) / updates.md (2.1.7) There was also manually entered changelogs that accompany the addon uploads https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/tabhunter/versions/ (2.2.1 - 3.6.2) and https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/tabhunter/kdbjnnjfgmbhoaggihfgnlfnfhhadmbn?hl=en (2.1.6 - 3.6.0) Instead create a single file (CHANGELOG.md) containing a union of these disparate sources that we can use going forward. Dates added to the various releases where it was trivial to come up with an approximate date from one of the sources. Fixes ericpromislow#135

Instead create a single file (CHANGELOG.md) containing a union of these disparate sources that we can use going forward. Dates added to the various releases where it was trivial to come up with an approximate date from one of the sources.
Also tidyup the README to state current functionality rather than referencing changes over time, split out the developer guideance and add more details around how to load the self-built addon in modern Firefox and Chrome
