Sync Cursor pstack 0.15.36 as Open Pstack 1.17.0 #262
Description
Current scope
Import Cursor pstack 0.15.29 to 0.15.36 into the shared skill tree as Open Pstack 1.17.0. Upstream content is the default. Keep the Claude Code and Codex adaptations, the exclusions and the port-patch ledger in UPSTREAM.md.

Acceptance:
- Every upstream pstack commit in the range has an adopt, adapt or exclude row in this issue, with the reason for each adapt or exclude.
interrogatetakes the run-based adversary design (cursor/plugins@ab1f702). Adversaries dispatch asisolated-writelanes in their own worktrees. A configured provider that has noisolated-writemode is a named dropout until the provider write-access issue lands.- Orchestrate takes the agentic playbook, and
scripts/orch/is deleted (cursor/plugins@c742dd6), with its row infeatures/registry.json. statechartandketchup-videoare added and registered infeatures/registry.json.reflectnever edits a skill under the plugin cache, and copies it to the harness's user or project skill folder, mapped incodex-tools.md.- Excluded, with reasons in
UPSTREAM.md: fallback chains on a rejected model slug, and filling a rejected arena seat with the parent model. Both conflict with the named-dropout rule. - Autopilot-stack takes "Autopilot-full without the merge". The Sync Cursor pstack 0.15.25 as Open Pstack 1.10.0 #191 landing guards stay in Autopilot-full step 2 and Shipping, and the static invariants move with them.
- Gates pass:
bun run test,bun run typecheck,bun run static,claude plugin validate plugins/pstack. A live gate in Claude Code and Codex covers interrogate, reflect and poteto-mode.

Execution brief
First unit of the 2026-11-06 batch. Follow UPSTREAM.md "Incorporate a change". The dry run on 2026-11-06 found 415 files verbatim, 6 clean merges, 15 that need review and 6 unmapped (already excluded). The provider write-access issue, the T3 harness (#253) and Muse (#258) build on this sync.

Original text: the issue as filed on 2026-11-06. Shipped in PR #264, merged head a718159. Its triage also closed PR #250 and issue #249 (upstream deleted the orch code they optimized).

Reader correction.isolated-writeadversaries and named dropouts: done in text. The live run on a718159 proved only that interrogate loaded in both harnesses, wrote its result, and left the scope checkout unmodified. It did not prove that the seeded defect was found, that adversaries ran asisolated-writelanes, or that dropouts were named. Reader correction.scripts/orch/deleted with its registry row: done as written. A port error (verifier on "a different provider" instead of upstream's "model family", and the dropped path for runtimes without nested agents) was fixed forward in Orchestrate: restore the model-family verifier rule and the path for runtimes without nested agents #265.statechartandketchup-videoadded and registered: done differently. Statechart's upstream test corpus (scripts/test/, 2.9 MB) is not imported, because with it Unfret's reviewers overflowed their context twice.
