I did not want to give away the answer, but ran into problems whil running the application. Added a clean script to remove old runs of the capture. Also updated the script to remove the file and not touch them as this was causing issues with the capture script.

Also updated the script to remove the file and not touch them as this was causing issues with the capture script.
I could have added more instructions. I did not add information about the clean script. But, I want this to be a good program for others, and as such am putting in this pull request.
