Adding new parameters exclusive for only transmisibility and pore volume

With this pull request, I try to make visible the experiments for testing flow diagnostics estimates (hard-coded) in FlowNet.
Here, we impose transmissibility and pore-volume values to a simplified network without imaginary nodes. The idea is to test the estimates from flow diagnostics in FlowNet.
