Part of the org-wide installability sweep: corrects stale 'requires unreleased ePHPm' claims (natives shipped in v0.6.3; current v0.8.6), adds the Composer vcs-repositories install step (packages are not on Packagist), and fixes doc drift verified against source. A cold containerized install via the documented commands was verified end-to-end. Tags (v0.1.0/v0.1.1) were pushed at pre-branch main; cut a follow-up tag after merge if the fixed docs should live inside a tag.

- The SET modifier matrix claimed NX/XX are unsupported because there
is 'no atomic CAS in the SAPI surface' — ephpm_kv_setnx() exists
(since ePHPm v0.1.0); the honest reason is that SET NX/XX is not yet
  wired to it.
- Name the version behind 'older runtimes make FLUSHDB/FLUSHALL a
  no-op': ephpm_kv_flush_all shipped in v0.1.2.
- Document the Composer vcs repositories step in both install recipes
and the example composer.json; drop the circular
  'autoload': {'files': ['vendor/autoload.php']} example.
- State the minimum runtime and current release (v0.8.6).
