Todo:

• fetch the link types from twig in javascript
• make sure the link types (url, email, internal) are sorted like configured
• on paste of a link directly create a link
• creating a link without selection should not insert the emsId as display but the label.
• use the linkTypes from emsco_wysiwyg_info() also in core&admin base templates so that we can remove that twig logic.
