Registra as três campanhas físicas repetidas em Windows Test Mode, incluindo preflight elevado, BINARY_MATCH, nove SHA matches, medições diretas e terminal limpo. Separa explicitamente o que foi fechado dos dois limites reais: assinatura pública e serviço diário dependente de broker.
