Summary

  • Expand the API Center demo with a presenter-ready walkthrough, live environment links, persona-based scenes, and explicit fallback paths.
  • Repair Grid Telemetry and MCP registration: detect placeholder images, retry transient OpenAPI failures, preserve the document version, use schema-compatible metadata, and register MCP assets through ARM with readback verification.
  • Correct the Grid MCP endpoint to /mcp and add registration regression checks and MCP endpoint integration coverage.
  • Include the branch's existing environment setup, APIM link verification, regional deployment guidance, presentation update, and Squad tooling upgrade.

Validation performed during development

  • Grid registration and shared catalog helper regression checks passed.
  • REST/MCP integration tests passed (4 tests).
  • Both application services deployed successfully to the existing demo environment.
  • Both registration scripts completed successfully against Azure; persisted OpenAPI metadata reports version 3.1.1.
  • Live MCP initialization, tool discovery, and the A12 backend health call succeeded.
  • Updated walkthrough local links and whitespace checks passed.
