Automated Fern regeneration bumps @elevenlabs/elevenlabs-js from 2.65.0 to 2.66.0 and refreshes generated clients, types, serializers, and reference.md.

New / expanded API surface: conversationalAi.agents.list accepts optional tags filtering. conversationalAi.triageTickets.listForWorkspace lists workspace-wide triage tickets (status, assignee, pagination). Music compose/stream/upload flows gain withWaveformVisual; detailed/upload responses can include waveformVisual. ConvAI conversation config types add dtmfInputSettings; transcript history adds fileInputs (plural). Many new or extended schema types (SMB agent metadata, subscription extras/moderation, OTel trace payloads, TTS audioEffects, webhook followRedirects, SIP sipReferPlayDialtone, expanded ticket issue types, etc.).

Notable type/client changes: speechToText.convert modelId is now a string (the scribe_v1/scribe_v2 enum and its serializer are removed). conversationalAi.llm.list returns LlmListResponseModel instead of the *Input/*Output split (LlmInfoModel unified). Procedure start/end tool configs now reference ProcedureVersionRef / ProcedureDraftRef instead of inlined ProcedureAtVersion* types. Dubbing and studio endpoints are mostly doc and field-description updates aligned with the OpenAPI spec (lifecycle, webhooks, billing side effects).
