Landing page and README show the 1.0 desk

The landing page and the README still showed the 0.1 wall. This PR brings them up to 1.0.

Landing page (site/)

• New 48.5 s recording of the desk: a state in the inspector, its page, Ctrl K to the Guri dam and its page, En vivo, Dinero, the week replayed over the country, then the phone. Chapters and a text version are updated.
• New stills: the desk, the phone, Zulia's page, En vivo and Internet. Panel crops are taken from each panel's module, at most 560 px wide so they read at one scale. The live map snapshot is refreshed.
• New section "Nuevo en 1.0": the ten modules with their keys and questions, 3,152 entity pages by type, live TV and cameras, internet, and the incident, unusual, crowd and no-AI rules.
• The other panels are shown as chips, and the numbers grid has 8 cells.
• Every number comes from the code: facts.json gains places (the ontology registry by type) and modules (web/src/lib/modules.ts), with tests.

README

• New desk, place-page and phone screenshots, generated by scripts/site-capture.ts.
• The new GIF, "Status: 1.0", and three feature lines: the desk, place pages, live TV/radio/cameras.

Leak scan

• It ignored compressed-image noise that spelled c@gr.guZ in the GIF. It still flags a real address inside a binary; both are tested.

Captured from a --no-fetch instance on a verified backup of the archive, so nothing was fetched.
