Two portability fixes found by CI on c22cdda (Linux was green):
build-weblooked for the Workstation chunk with a/-only pattern, but Windows output paths use\. It now accepts either separator, and the preloadhrefis normalised to/.bun run checkis green locally (1,432 pass, 91 skip in the export). This must be green on all three OSes before main moves and v1.0.0 is tagged.
