[docknetwork] Update the docknetwork WASM and crypto-ts to align with latest rust crypto library

The WASM wrapper code is two versions behind the rust crypto library, and it needs to be updated. Some of the internal parameters have changed, and will need to be updated.

I contacted Lovesh on July 14th and he confirmed that he's happy to receive the contribution. Today, I'm starting on it.

Issues faced:
yarn build:

1. requires updating wasm-bindgen to run with the current rust version I have
   • There not information on an expected version of rust for the project, so I just update the library.
   • The minimum required version is 0.2.88, but it's not possible to use this one as it's "yanked"
   • I use version 0.2.100: the latest version
2. I get the error: error: crate_typewithin an#![cfg_attr] attribute is forbidden

• Maybe it's caused by the update I did? -- reverting to a 0.2.89
• After some research, this issue happens when rust version > 1.76

After some attempts to this to work with current Rust version, I got this number of errors:

error: could not compile `dock_crypto_wasm` (lib) due to 252 previous errors

Faced so many issues, and reported them on issue 14 on the repo: docknetwork/crypto-wasm (not putting the link to avoid back links when this repo goes public).
