🚀 Vision

We are building the operating layer for AI-driven real estate, agritech, and urban innovation.

blu|mark Studio is a Grand Rapids-based digital innovation studio developing production-ready AI tools and open data platforms across three core domains. Each project is designed to close the gap between institutional-grade analysis and accessible, community-focused outcomes — from acquisition underwriting to controlled-environment agriculture and workforce-aligned design.

This repository serves as the public portfolio hub and digital home base for all projects developed under the blu|mark brand, providing transparent access to tools, code, and project documentation for collaborators, investors, and community stakeholders.
