fix(deps): raise claude-agent-sdk floor to ^0.3.283 so Opus 5.5 runs

Summary

Raises @herdctl/core's @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk range from ^0.3.215 to ^0.3.283. The lockfile now resolves 0.3.283, and nothing else in the lockfile moves apart from the SDK's platform binary packages.

Why

The SDK runtime, which also runs every openChatSession() streaming session, executes the Claude Code binary bundled with the SDK (a platform optional dependency). It never uses the claude on PATH. So the SDK version decides which models a chat can run:

A consumer whose own lockfile doesn't pin a newer SDK would resolve the old one and fail on Opus 5.5. edspencer/paddock#934 hit exactly this, and worked around it in Paddock's lockfile. Raising the floor here fixes it for every consumer.

@anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk is herdctl's only direct Anthropic dependency. 0.3.283 has the same peer dependencies as 0.3.215 (@anthropic-ai/sdk >=0.93.0, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk ^1.29.0, zod ^4), so the transitive @anthropic-ai/sdk 0.110.0 and @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.29.0 stay as they are. The Docker image already installs the latest Claude Code, unpinned.

Verification

• Bundled binary: claude-agent-sdk-linux-x64@0.3.283/claude --version reports 2.1.283 (Claude Code).
• Real SDK smoke test, no credentials, so no API cost: I drove the built SDKRuntime with model: "claude-opus-5-5". The SDK started its bundled binary and emitted system/init with claude_code_version=2.1.283 model=claude-opus-5-5, then stopped at "Not logged in", as expected with no credentials.
• Repo gates:
  • pnpm typecheck passes, all 11 tasks.
  • pnpm build passes.
  • pnpm test: chat, cli, web, slack and discord all pass. Core passes 3,761 of 3,763. The two failures:
    • state/directory.test.ts "parent directory not writable": pre-existing, fails on untouched main when run as root.
    • scheduler.test.ts "skips second schedule when agent is at capacity": a timing flake under the parallel full run. It passes 5 of 5 in isolation, and the scheduler doesn't touch the SDK.
