@rqthomas in advance of today's EFI standards chat, could you take a look at this PR to see if it can be merged or if it needs additional tweaks? |

Update the additionalMetadata in @rqthomas 's #15 to the v0.3 standard. Includes a hacked 'forecast_model_id' which is not included from example flare output.
