TRG 5.07: Add Keycloak to Cloudpirates chart dependency alignment

Finalizes the recommended Keycloak version for the Bitnami → Cloudpirates migration initiative by extending TRG 5.07 (Chart Dependencies), the shared dependency-alignment guidance across Tractus-X products.

Changes to docs/release/trg-5/trg-5-07.md

• Version alignment table — added Keycloak row: Cloudpirates, chart 0.13.x, app 26.x.x (matches the Industry Core Hub reference implementation, whose chart 0.13.6 ships appVersion 26.5.2).
• Why section — now names the identity provider (Keycloak) alongside the database as a shared dependency.
• New "Migrating from Bitnami to Cloudpirates" section — links the generic migration guide and the ICHub reference guide.
• Token-format caution — flags issued-token changes across Keycloak majors (e.g. 22.x → 26.x) so consumers are validated before rollout.
• Post-History — new 31-Jul-2026 — Add Keycloak dependency alignment entry.

Notes for reviewers

• Version was chosen to match the tested ICHub reference. If preferred, the latest Cloudpirates line (0.21.x / appVersion 26.7.0) can be substituted.
• Out of scope: the DTR chart still on Bitnami legacy 22.0.3 — this TRG gives it a target and the token-format caveat, but the actual chart bump lives in the DTR repo.

• Fixes Recommended Keycloak version or tag to be used as part of the Bitnami to Cloud Pirates migration initiative #1570
