[Win32] Update OLE example with current file formats and applications

• Remove PowerPoint.Slide program id as it does not exist (anymore), see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/vba/powerpoint/concepts/ole-programmatic-identifiers-powerpoint#powerpoint
• Add XML-based Office file format matching
• Adapt Windows Media Player program id and file extension matching
